Marcel and I would like to thank Samantha Scott and the rest of the Bell Real Estate Team for the successful sale of our home. Everyone knows how stressful the process of sale can be, however Samantha ensured that Marcel and I were well informed each step of the way, supporting and encouraging us in an honest and professional manner. Her knowledge of the local market was extraordinary and her upbeat personality made us comfortable and relaxed at this stressful time. The result being a sale of our home at an excellent price. Thank you Bell Real Estate.

Samantha is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. Both in buying and selling. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable. She is honest and trustworthy and always seemed willing to give of her time to help and answer any questions I had along the way. If I have the choice I will use her again for any future real estate needs.

Bethany was great and easy to work with. She always kept us updated during an exciting yet stressful time. We are first home buyers and it's difficult to understand the whole process involved, but Bethany really helped us along the way. We loved her responsiveness and quick communication.

Sam did an excellent job in presenting the house how it was, advising its goods, bads and even helping us envision ourselves in it. Very personable, upfront and honest. We had no surprises come building and pest, which can sometimes be an interesting time for sales in the area. Overall accommodating, allowing us to see the place prior to inspection and after our offer was received, with family. As first home buyers her level of involvement was really appreciated. We'd happily recommend Sam as someone to deal with to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area or surrounds.

Aaron was accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to make the purchase of our home enjoyable. He went out of his way, after the offer had been accepted with any issues we were having up to settlement.
