Sam was really good to work with, kept me informed at every step, friendly, communative, helpful and negotiated a great outcome approximately midway between the lower and upper estimates.

Bethany was sensitive to our needs; she kept us in touch of developments with the sale and “went the extra mile” to ensure all details were obtained, communicated and delivered with care and effort.

We first became aware of Samatha and Bell Realestate via a friend. Having done several interviews of other Realestate agents, Bell was the best. Why...simple, they are brilliant and they know their market. But best of all it was a pleasure to deal with the team at Bell and in particular Samatha. Her tireless ability to keep you informed day or night amazed us. Resulting in the sale of our home in less than a week. And even now after the property has been sold she is willing to assist in any way she can. We highly recommend the ever smiling and totally honest Samantha Scott. Tim and Chris Rounds

Couldn’t be happier with our dealings with Bethany and the team at Bells Real Estate Emerald. She was always professional and respectful. Communication was always expedient. Many thanks for a potentially stressful time made easy.

I think the main reason Bethany was such a wonderful agent for me is that she truly listened to what I wanted in terms of a property, and lo and behold I found it on my second viewing. Really happy and can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Bethany!

Aaron was so patient and helpful with finding us as house, was always happy to work around our schedule and then worked tirelessly to get our house sold which he managed to do in just 4 days and with an offer over our asking price. He was always honest and upfront and is the only agent I have ever fully trusted. He is honestly there to get the best outcome for his clients and we never found him to be pushy or just wanting a sale. He worked with us for over 6 months while we looked for a new house and he never gave up or gave us any less service as the time went on. His assistant Tyson was fantastic also and really backed up and complimented Aaron's great service in every way. I would highly recommend Aaron and Tyson to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
