We were very skeptical about dealing or better still, having any type of trust with a real estate agent. It seemed to us that maybe a real estate agent isn’t a far cry from a car salesman. Well, in this cas, dealing with Samantha Scott, we were quite wrong and pleasantly surprised. Samantha was confident and genuinely interested in our wanting to purchase a home. She was able to negotiate on our behalf to buy our new home. It really did go down to “the wire”. A difference of only $500! We were absolutely rapt. Settlement is a little over a week away and still Samantha has been communicating regularly with us. We have felt that she has helped take a lot of the stress out of buying a property and are most grateful. We will call on Samantha again if we were to decide to relocate again in the future. I have nothing but high praise for Samantha Scott at Bells Real Estate, Emerald, Victoria. Her experience and knowledge of the local area is excellent as is her people skills along with her 'can do' attitude, honesty and always being on time - she's the best Agent I have come across through-out the years of selling houses. Samantha's willingness to go above and beyond for us throughout a very short, but at times emotionally difficult sales campaign; (due to finding myself having to sell my recently passed father's house with the added stress of not being local), was/is extraordinary, ending in a fantastic result for all - which needless to say more than met my expectations.
