Sam was fantastic through the whole sale process. She knew i found everything a bit overwhelming, so she helped to make everything go ss smoothly and stress free as possible. She had great advice for getting our house ready for sale, we followed her lead and it all went off without a hitch. In our opinion, our house sold in record time which was amazing. She knew we wanted to move quickly and she was right onto it from the start with advertising, house preparations and organising home open day. She went above and beyond with keeping in contact with us during the process, even coming to see us after work hours with extra info or documents to sort out. Even before our house went on the market, she was on the look out for properties for us to buy and would email regularly when suitable properties came up that she thought we might like to check out. She is a lovely person and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or bell realestste to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. Samantha has helped us out immensely. She sold our home in Cockatoo within a few days of being on the market. She has a very professional approach, always communicates back quickly with phonecalls and information and has a very good knowledge of the area. She also helped us with finding a suitable rental property and again performed very promptly in securing us a new property in Gembrook. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her. As a first time buyer I felt comfortable dealing with Aaron. I had no trouble arranging appointments and he was always punctual.
