I chose Bell Real Estate to list my Father's home for sale because I had been in the Cockatoo area all of my life and remember always seeing Bell Real Estate signs around. It was a difficult time for me and my family as my Father had passed away rather suddenly and having to sell the property after Dad owning it for close to 50 years added to the grief. I have to say meeting Samantha was a blessing, she was very kind and sensitive to our situation and assured me that everything would work out ok. What impressed me most about Samantha was her local knowledge and her absolute confidence that she would sell Dad's home even though it was off the grid and self sufficient. Samantha's market strategy was not over the top and excessive for the home and I certainly appreciated the fact that Bell were not a "grabby" agency. Samantha's confidence was proven beyond my expectations when Dad's property was sold in under a week and for a great price.
