I had my property leased out and my property manager was Lisa. She is the best! She rented out the apartment for more than what I was expecting and she has excellent customer service. Nothing was too hard and she was always available when I needed her. I had Blake as my selling agent, he has a bubbly personality and was great also. He got the property sold in just 4 weeks and always picked up when I called. Thanks for looking after my property, I will definitely use Belle in future when I buy my next investment!

Belle@Annadale have been managing our property for a number of years and we've been very happy with the service we've received. I would especially highlight the way a difficult period was handled in early 2018. Whilst the apartment was unattended a water pipe burst and severely damaged the property, rendering it uninhabitable. At the same time a serious illness put a family member in hospital for an extended period. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful period and there were many things fighting for my attention. Happily, I can say that our property was in good hands and our agent Renee did an excellent job looking after details and helping us get the property back to a habitable state. In my opinion it's when you have an issue that you find out exactly how good your agent is. Highly recommended.

Wow! Our experience with Belle Property Annandale was absolutely phenomenal. We moved here from NZ 3 weeks ago, completely stressed as we had a 4 month old, a job offer that required us to move ASAP, and no place to live.
