I'm an emailer so happily will communicate about all aspects of property management via email. Always found Anastasia and the rest of the team very responsive. Identify need for repairs/maintenance and whether essential or something to consider in future. When its needed now, the team are quick to arrange once they have the go ahead. Also have a good understanding of the rental market in terms of rate of rent to set and always seem to find good quality tenants. Also like the way they treat the tenants - with respect.
