Wow! Our experience with Belle Property Annandale was absolutely phenomenal. We moved here from NZ 3 weeks ago, completely stressed as we had a 4 month old, a job offer that required us to move ASAP, and no place to live. We did the rounds with properties and agents, and time and time again Belle Property Annandale agents stood out among the rest. They were personable, kind, attentive (not just passively standing around at the open homes), and went above and beyond for our family. We had a super tight turn around between moving, finding a place, and my husband starting his new job, and they were able to pull some strings and make sure we didn't end up homeless. Walter Pezzutto was managing our home in Annandale for the last 4 1/2 years. We decided to move back into our property hence the reason we no longer rent the property. We fully entrusted Walter to manage our property. He was able to find us tenants (three tenants during the rental period) promptly, never had any issue with the tenants paying their rent on time and issues from the tenant / repairs were dealt with in a timely manner. Walter was always in contact when required, considerate in manner and willing to assist. Walter has done his job professionally and has looked after us as his agent.
