My partner and I chose Lauchlan on a recommendation from a friend who had previously engaged him and been very impressed with his services. We were not disappointed. Our initial impression was that he was a very skilled operator. We knew we were being sold to but we didn't mind at all as it was done in the most professional manner, and we felt this particular approach would work very well with prospective buyers also. During the campaign, we were extremely happy with Lauchlan's communication, not too much as to seem pushy, but always available when we needed him, or if not very shortly thereafter with a return phone call.
