We had had previous selling/buying experience with Andrew & as he has always kept in touch it was natural to engage him to sell our house. Andrew has an excellent knowledge of the area , and also comes across (I imagine ) to prospective purchasers as a very genuine fellow, a somewhat "rarity" in his game. I am quite sure he did his utmost to promote our home & achieve what was a very favourable result at the end of the campaign.

We were very happy because Andrew got us a price that was at the top of our hoped-for range. He was very knowledgeable about the area, which helped his communication with us leading up to the auction and helped him 'sell' the neighbourhood to potential buyers. Our only negative was that some of the marketing materials went out later than expected, but the issue was dealt with speedily and fairly by Andrew and his team.
