As first-time vendors, we felt quite anxious and overwhelmed with selling, but Lauchlan reduced our stress levels immediately from the first meeting. He is polite and friendly - assertive but not aggressive. We had every confidence that Lauchlan was the right man for the job. He was helpful with recommending a conveyancer, trades and stylists, and we also appreciated his advice on where to concentrate our money to improve the apartment's overall appeal, without spending a fortune.
