Andrew and his team did a wonderful job in the marketing and sale of the apartment at 2/2 Rae Court, Windsor. He gave excellent advice on how best to present the property for sale and thereafter gave accurate and helpful feedback after each OFI. The property was lacking a parking space which meant that the positives had to be highlighted so as to overcome this slight negative. This was done with excellent photography and punchy advertising copy. The property was passed in at auction and sold to a very keen purchaser at an extremely satisfactory price. Overall, a thoroughly professional and diligent approach by Andrew and a job very well done

Lauchlan was very realistic about price expectations and didn't try to win my business by making promises that were unrealistic. I was kept well informed throughout the sales campaign and felt that Lauchlan dealt with potential buyers very well. His knowledge of the area is fantastic.. Lauchlan wasn't pushy for us to set our reserve too early or at a certain level. His auction technique was fantastic and we ended up getting a better price than we expected.
