We decided to sell our one bedroom, one car space apartment in Prahran. We approached Belle Property, Armadale and an arrangement was made to meet Andrew James at the apartment. Andrew took time on a Sunday to meet us. James Annett was our main contact with Belle Property. We were advised to style the apartment as it was empty. The styling added character and charm to the apartment. We choose an unfortunate time to put the apartment on the market as a lockdown was declared. The lockdown was partially lifted, and several inspections occurred. After each inspection James gave us feedback on the inspection. Eventually, when the lockdown was lifted, a buyer was found who offered a price that we accepted. Throughout the whole process James and Andrew were friendly, courteous, and very professional.
