Charmayne is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional agent who was helpful through the whole process. She was always willing to answers all the questions I had, and was always helpful with providing information. She worked great with all external parties in the process. Due to covid I never met Charmayne in person but always felt supported and that everything was under control through the whole process.
