We were very pleased with Andrew and Belle Property. He worked with us to get the property looking it's best ready for sale and while we didn't sell at auction, it sold just a couple of weeks afterwards. Having talked to one or two real estate agents in the lead up, we were expecting to have a long and difficult time of selling our unit. But James, from Belle Property, instilled a feeling of confidence right from the start. He was very positive about our property and suggested how we might make it look more attractive. He explained the process involved in selling and went on to quickly get us a buyer off-market and a price we were comfortable with. He kept in touch throughout and, knowing we were new to the business of real estate, he explained what was required in dealing with lawyers, the body corporate, council and services like water and electricity. So the experience of selling our property was made effortless and smooth. My wife and I had full confidence in his integrity.
