Wally is great! He really knows the local market and he's out to look after his customers. There was no upselling, just really sensible advice on how to present the place for sale to get the best price and which advertising strategies to use. He could have pushed more expensive advertising but he told us exactly what was right for us and our circumstances. We had a great result and it's all down to Wally. Walters was full of energy and raring to go after our first meeting. Unlike other agents we found that he was happy to give us feedback on our property's current state and how we can maximise value by fixing things around the property that wouldn't take long. For example, some paint and smoothing of walls, repainting a different color on kitchen island and bathroom vanity, a new coat of paint on balcony barrier, etc etc. Most agent just want you to sign with them asap and take their commission. Walter doesn't like wasting your time and pushed us to get things done. We were always kept up-to-date with how the property is going and he was always just a phone call away.
