Our choice of agent was based on our experience...
Our choice of agent was based on our experience with Mark selling our home in Avalon. We did consider the agent who sold us the home but felt we could trust Mark. He has been doing sales for 40 years and doesn't need to sell himself - he has a track record and confidence in his ability. Even though we missed the opportunity to sell in December 2021 and perhaps could have secured a sale for the eventual price we achieved in February 2022 or maybe a bit more we will never know. Maybe Mark could've kept the higher offer we accepted from the next two until we were certain of the sale but ces't la vie. We feel the market for 2022 has peaked and not much upside so relived to sell. In addition, the timing of buying a home seems to have worked out well. We would use Mark again and have referred him to clients of my business when looking to sell. Trust is always key. Mark was also a sound board for our purchasing a new home and showed genuine interest.

A seamless selling experience
After meeting with a number of agents, my husband and I chose Mark to sell our Newport cottage. His open, no bull (but professional) approach to sales resonated with us and we knew that he was an agent we would want to deal with if the shoe was on the other foot and we were purchasing a property. We felt supported, assured and confident throughout the entire sales journey, and felt comfortable to call Mark for guidance on how we should approach the purchase of our future home even prior to us engaging him for the sale of our house. His advice was always very pragmatic, knowledgeable and considered for our situation. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Mark to any future sellers - we were thrilled with our home sales result but also importantly, the way that it all came to fruition as well (because while of course the bottom line is important, it's the process of how it unfolds that allows you to sleep at night while you're on the market!).

Experience & Professionalism is Mark's forte
Mark & Chyna were really professional in selling our house. Mark's in depth knowledge and experience of the real estate industry was the skill we needed in selling our house. He has been selling houses on the northern beaches for a long time and he knows the ups and downs of the market. He understands what sells a house. He treats the seller and the buyer with respect & professionalism which is needed in the real estate industry.

Brilliant results from agent with incredible expertise and know-how
