Great advice through the whole process
Veronica provided great advice from the initial meeting right through until settlement. The price we achieved exceeded our expectations, and this was due in no small part to Veronica; her advice on styling the property proved to be 'spot on', and her negotiating with sellers made it easy.

Friendly, Professional and Successful
I wasn't really interested in selling until Mark sold a unit next door to virtually establish a new benchmark value for similar units. That sale generated enough interest to sell my unit within 2 weeks with no new marketing/ open houses, etc.. A great result.

Could not have asked for a better agent than Veronica and her team
Veronica walked into our house, assessed what needed to be done and introduced her team. Her no fuss, honest appraisal, no holds barred, straight talk gave us the confidence that we could do this. The truth of our sale was that if we didn't get what we needed to buy our next place, we were not going to sell so there was pressure back on Veronica too. She handled this like the professional she is and with her guidance, encouragement and the management of the deal, we got what we needed. And this was at a tough time too with lots of sellers in the market and Xmas closing in fast. If you are thinking of selling your place on Sydney's Northern Beaches, you would be in great hands with Veronica. Highly recommended.
