“Not All Agents Are The Same”
After buying and selling many properties over the years & having many personal friends as Real Estate Agents, we had always thought “all agents where the same” but with our most recent sale & purchase with Veronica completely changed that theory. Our experience with Veronica & Belle has been different from the first communication. Her professional yet personal approach makes you feel instantly that you are in the best hands. Never once did we ever wonder where we where at with our sale or purchase with everything from the regular communication to the attention to detail with marketing, photography & guidance with styling was all absolutely brilliant. Buying & selling is still extremely stressful but the support & beautiful touches provided by Veronica & Belle’s philosophy helps in making the results & the whole experience wonderful. I can not speak highly enough of Mark and Chyna. From the inspection of my property and sale discussions through to inspections and ultimate sale, Mark and Chyna were thorough and professional. Communication was constant and up to date. Mark is an extremely experienced salesman with an open and honest approach. I had complete trust that he was acting in my best interest. From the minute we sat down with Greg Griffin at the very beginning all the way through to the final minute when we were notified of our incredible sales result, our admittedly high expectations were topped every step of the way. Passion, integrity, hard work and professionalism were the hallmarks of the campaign that Greg and his team delivered for us, turning what could have easily been a stressful experience into a surprisingly enjoyable one. We sincerely couldn't pick a fault, or even a concern during the whole process, which of course is a very rare thing when dealing with people and businesses. Underneath it all was the fact that Greg, Alex and Claudette are just genuine, lovely and down-to-earth people, making every interaction a pleasure. Which in turn gave us confidence that these same pleasurable interactions were no doubt happening with our potential buyers which added to the feeling that we were in very good hands. We had a terrific result from a great team. Greg focused his attention into letting as many people he knew that were looking for a property similar to ours that he was about to market our home. By doing this, the property was sold within 1 week. A truly professionally executed plan in not only selling our place but listening to what the current selection of buyers wanted and being able to offer a home that met those demands. Right from the start, Greg, Alex and Claudette worked seamlessly in assisting us in preparing our home for sale while keeping us updated and informed during the very short and successful campaign over the week. Greg's Team were Excellent in every way
Dylan Norman was assigned to assist us. and he was attentive and helpful with valid information at the right time, always prompt in keeping us up to date. His negotiations also provided a better than expected result. We used Greg's team to rent part of the property three years ago, and because of this very positive experience and testimony from others in the area who had sold through them, we had no hesitation in them being our exclusive agency.

A very professional, trouble free experience from being to end
Greg and the team at Belle were simply incredible. From the many discussions we had prior to listing, through the entire marketing, open house campaign and sales negotiation process, Greg led from the front and provided outstanding advice and guidance. This is the second property I have bought/sold through Belle and will continue to use them as my 'go to' real estate office on the Northern Beaches.
