From the moment we made contact, Lisa treated me with kindness and respect. She worked hard and made the whole process easier than I expected. Communication flowed. I always knew what was going on, but not ever in a way that was stressful. I followed her advice. When she said my place would be sold at a certain price, I was hopeful, but wasn't 100% convinced due to the previous crappy experience. But she was right - it got the price she said it would, and within 2-3 weeks. Lisa is incredible at what she does and is an absolute joy to deal with.
