He is an extremely driven individual and this was the confidence I was looking for in this daunting task of selling my home. From the second I met Sam I knew I was in the right hands. Ive been incredibly impressed by his methodical and experienced approach to selling houses.. To be honest - this whole process was effortless and I knew I was in good hands from the moment we met. He knew what to do and when. His negotiating skills whilst maintaining credibility and integrity are his best asset and he has been nothing short of beautiful to deal with the entire time. We knew from the moment we talked to Scott, he knew the area intimately, how the market was going and who the buyers were. We ultimately sold to an existing buyer of his. His network, insight and straight up approach meant we were able to secure a good sale in a slowing market. Couldn't recommend him and Belle more highly.

Super experience with Lauren. Provided great advice on presentation with the Belle stylist and the house couldn’t have looked better for the sale. Then during the campaign we received constant feedback on what buyers were saying. Her honest advice on where the buyers were at and to reduce the quoted price was instrumental in what happened on the auction day. Well done to the whole Belle team.

Prior to Lisa, I'd had a crappy experience with an agent from another agency. A friend recommended Lisa and said that she'd look after me. From the moment we made contact, Lisa treated me with kindness and respect. She worked hard and made the whole process easier than I expected. Communication flowed. I always knew what was going on, but not ever in a way that was stressful. I followed her advice. When she said my place would be sold at a certain price, I was hopeful, but wasn't 100% convinced due to the previous crappy experience. But she was right - it got the price she said it would, and within 2-3 weeks. Lisa is incredible at what she does and is an absolute joy to deal with.
