We do not live in Australia and had to refurbish and handle the ale remotely. Sam handled everything brilliantly, with patience and good humour. He worked diligently, keeping us informed at all times, and achieved the sales we despite the difficulties posed by Covid. Sale of Flinders Lane apartment
I was pleasantly suprised by the degree of dedication and efficiency that Scott brought to the sale of my apartment. His quiet assurance and thoroughness made the exercise enjoyable and even exciting. Despite the setbacks and changing conditions during CoVid Scott and Lauren persisted and were most enterprising. I have had 50 years of experience in various properties and the sale thereof and I have not come across such professionalism , a pleasant suprise in these frenetic times. Thankyou, a great effort.

Best agent I’ve ever dealt with.
If you’re lucky enough to get Scott McElroy to handle the sale of your property , then you can relax . Scott is a consummate agent, he always kept me informed about what was going on, and he has the personal touch. He makes you feel like you’re the only job that he’s got on his books. I also think he’s very good at strategy, at the beginning of my marketing campaign we decided on an expressions of interest process but then with the level of interest that was shown, it was clearly better to move very quickly to an auction, which was a great success for me. I like that Scott could see that the change of strategy was necessary to get the best outcome. I thoroughly recommend Scott McElroy if you are looking for a hard-working, honest, charming Real Estate agent to take all the hard work out of your property sale.
