I had engaged Scott McElroy to be my selling agent after researching the best agents in the area, but then everything was done via Dominique from Belle property instead. Dominique did a very good job but I was surprised that Scott did not handle this sale.

Scott was fantastic throughout the sales process, under trying conditions with multiple lockdowns. He continued to keep me well informed of the inspection process, the number of 'real' bidders for the property and executed a very competitive auction via Zoom with a great result.
