If you’re lucky enough to get Scott McElroy to handle the sale of your property , then you can relax . Scott is a consummate agent, he always kept me informed about what was going on, and he has the personal touch. He makes you feel like you’re the only job that he’s got on his books. I also think he’s very good at strategy, at the beginning of my marketing campaign we decided on an expressions of interest process but then with the level of interest that was shown, it was clearly better to move very quickly to an auction, which was a great success for me. I like that Scott could see that the change of strategy was necessary to get the best outcome.
