It was great to have Sam to be my agent, he did a very good job and managing everything very well. He is an efficient, professional agent and care about his clients, he gave the property reports and feedback after each inspection, every time when I asked any questions, he replied immediately and explained in detail. Came across Sam via an enquiry into Hocking Stuart for an agent to assist me with selling my property. We recently sold our Melbourne apartment and Sam and the team at Hocking and Stuart sold it by Auction for us. Sam organised removal of furniture and new painting etc. we didn't have to go to the apartment once until the day of the auction and the apartment looked amazing. Sam was always in contact with us after each opening the day of the auction came and the property was sold. Hocking and Stuart ( Sam ) took care of every thing for us it was such an easy sale. I considered myself extremely lucky to have Sam selling my property. I came across Sam via another Hocking Stuart real estate agent in St.Kilda. They are great in the way that they work as a team. He introduced me to Sam as I told him I need my apartment sold quite quickly. Sam put all the time and efforts he had in pursuing potential buyers without fail (even brought me the contract of sale to sign at a restaurant where I was dining. It was way after hours. I was sooo impressed!) He even contact the buyer's lawyers himself. My solicitor even mentioned to me that Sam is a very good agent. He has always pushed for the best outcome for me. Sam kept me updated on the inspections, any potential buyers or interests. I hardly had to call him. He will just keep me in the loop at all times. I just hate real estate agents who are just seem so unreachable! Sam is the total opposite. If you are his clients, he really will look after your interests and get you the best price! He certainly have done that for me! To add, he is extremely polite and professional. In my oppinion, Sam is simply one if the best out there who actually cares about his clients. If I have another property to sell, I will definitely be contacting him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sam is a professional in all his dealings with us. His video really covered the unit and how it sat within the city. I am sure that many watching the video would have changed their views of city living. The informative reviews he provided after each of the open days were most appreciated. His attention to detail is excellent. I liked the way that he double checked the documentation that was signed at the end of the auction. The other sales material was also beautifully put together and provided further evidence of attention to detail that is so important. He worked well with Scott and the other HockingStuart representatives. Team work is so important in selling a house and Sam is a natural.
