I was looking for a place due to some challenges faced in my other unit and after it’s been put up to sale I decided it was time to leave. I’ve met Leo and Kristian in one of the hundreds of inspections and one day I explained my situation and they promptly offered to help me. After that I went to many other inspections and they both said they would help me to find a unit quicker than I thought. And yes, in less than a week I found the right place and have already moved in! I’m incredibly grateful for their support since the first time we met. Then met Georgia in the last inspection, super kind and great professional who encouraged me to apply for the unit that I’m just renting now. Following a flooding incident in a neighbouring unit and then 8 months of wrangling with an insurance company and organising new carpet, painting etc....We never imagined the enormous effort that was put in by Cristiane on our behalf. Her knowledge of the actions that needed to be taken, her constant advocacy on our behalf, her communication to us along the way, & her advice caused us to feel enormous gratitude. We were very much the happy spectators as Cris worked to sort out the issues with the insurance company, insurers builders, the block's Owners Corporation agent, and tradespeople. All this while the property was empty and Doyle Spillane were receiving no management fees. We have unreservedly recommended Doyle Spillane and Cris to anyone who has a property needing management. When it was possible to return our property to the rental market we were also really impressed by the communication, advice, smooth processes and work of Georgia. That process was so smooth for us as Georgia did all the work required to find what appear to be very good new tenants. Once the letting process could start we were impressed at how quickly and efficiently the process was completed.
