We recently sold our terrace home in Forest Lodge (Glebe, NSW) through James Cahill of Belle Properties, Forest Lodge. James and the team at Belle are exceptional and did the following things that were important to us; 1. applied superior knowledge of the local area (real estate, attractions and good and services) 2. quickly understood our goal. Didn't waste our time. Told us what we needed to know (as frequently as required - but was brief and to the point) 3. proactive in dealing with potential buyers, gathering useful intelligence in a non-confronting/personalised manner.
