James also made the difference, he seemed experienced was down to earth and easy to talk to, offering information without the "hard sell" My first point of contact with James was regarding general information over the phone about a "maybe" sale. I was pleased with his prompt and clear communication regarding marketing, costing and commission etc via email. After receiving this info we felt confident to proceed. It seemed a good match when James suggested private treaty for our property which we believed was the best way to sell. The whole transaction was seamless from first point of contact to end. James was good value for money as he was energetic and stayed three steps ahead with every aspect of the process. It was end of year, with only a few business days to seal the deal and we were winding down, but James 's energy did not wane ! He was prompt and clear in communicating every detail and he negotiated well between buyer and seller. Good job. l would definitely use James again and would highly recommend him.

We were overseas for the whole period leading up to the auction and after the auction. Mark arranged for tradesmen, gardeners and all maintenance that was required to be undertaken prior to the start of the campaign. Mark went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our house was beautifully presented at all times. Mark even ordered fresh flowers and fed the fish in our internal garden! Mark kept us fully informed of feedback from all open inspections. We cannot recommend Mark more highly; he went beyond our expectations to ensure that we had nothing to worry about.

Mark & James As overseas owners, you took all the stress out of our sale. Everything from minor repairs, sale furniture, market analysis, marketing...the whole deal, all taken care off. Maintained the schedule, got the crowds in to see our place, and fostered those interested. We ended up with three purchasers in a bid race to grab our house, ahead of the Auction... Great job guys. I always imagine buying our first home would be a very stressful event, especially after having read about some of the bad experiences people have had buying or renting a property. With James, it was easy, and smooth from the first property inspection. He is relaxed, friendly and forthcoming when we have any question. He suggested warmly welcomed us coming back to visit the property " any time " by just giving him a call before the auction ( the property was not occupied ) and we did take up the opportunity which gave us so much more time for making up our mind. Even after the purchase, he goes out of his way by letting us in the property a few times so that we can plan the renovations, having architect and engineering coming for measurements etc. Very happy to have met James and bought our home, no stress, just enjoyment. Will certainly recommend him for anyone looking to buy in the area.
