We recently sold our terrace home in Forest Lodge (Glebe, NSW) through James Cahill of Belle Properties, Forest Lodge. James and the team at Belle are exceptional and did the following things that were important to us; 1. applied superior knowledge of the local area (real estate, attractions and good and services) 2. quickly understood our goal. Didn't waste our time. Told us what we needed to know (as frequently as required - but was brief and to the point) 3. proactive in dealing with potential buyers, gathering useful intelligence in a non-confronting/personalised manner. Extremely respectful in responding to all inquiries. 4. set realistic timeframes and parameters for the sale. The plan was clear from the very commencement. We were able to establish a relationship with James Cahill, and he earned our trust. For example we were happy to allow him access to our home outside the agreed times. We have pets, so being able to trust James to access the home and manage our pets while prospective purchasers were viewing the home was very important to us. We were really disappointed when the house did not have any registered bidders for the auction. Mark remained positive and assured us it would sell during the next week - he was absolutely right, the house did sell during the following week. Mark has also gone out of his way to help us when we needed to leave the house right after the sale. We were much more than happy with Mark's positive and friendly attitude and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for professional and friendly service.
