Steve and Margot were great from the beginning. They had an intimate understanding of the area our property was located within, which was extremely reassuring. It meant they were able to give us reliable feedback in regards to our properties value and the best way to present it to ensure we attracted the right mix of buyers. As this was the first time we had sold a property, we were so grateful that they made everything so easy, from getting in reliable contractors to enhance our place initially, to answering queries from prospective buyers throughout the inquiry period, they made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. The end result was a well-executed campaign with the right mix of buyers present on the day to ensure our property sold at a price that exceeded our expectations. Margot was present at every open inspection ensuring continuity with buyers and her warm demeanour was a welcome relief to us in what can sometimes feel like a pretty hectic industry. Tony was great to deal with throughout the entire process. We met Tony several years ago when we missed out on a property.
