Steve was recommended to me and I am very happy with that recommendation. Selling my father’s house under Power of Attorney was nerve-racking, but Steve and Charlie made the whole process as seamless and as painless as possible. Pre-sale’s advice was excellent and the trades people (recommended by Steve) who prepared the property were generally excellent. The advertising and marketing made the place look 100%. The valuation was honest and quite tight and the house sold in the middle of the range, showing how valid the estimate was. On auction day, a very professional approach was taken and I don’t think a better price could have been had on the day, they did earn their commission. All in all, a very enthusiastic, professional and competent agent who worked very hard to maximise the return on my father’s house. Thanks Steve and Charlie.

This is the second property we've sold recently through the Hockingstuart Glen Iris office and Steve and Charlie have delivered a stunning result in both instances. Steve has been incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating throughout. This was very successful and generated a huge amount of interest over the course of the campaign. Included was an advertisement in The Leader which was a new initiative but worked well.
