From start to finish you made it very easy and everything went exactly as you said it would. The tradesmen you organised did a great job on the presentation of the house and their charges were very reasonable. The photography was great and as a professional photographer I have to admit it was better than I could have done. The hired furnishings were also excellent and really made the house look at it's best. Your sales assistant team always kept us updated as to the interest in the house and I know you did a lot of "behind the scenes" work with potential buyers to ensure a lot of interest at auction. Finally the auctioneer and you did a first class job on auction day to achieve a great price.
