James did a letter drop over 12 months ago offering a valuation of our home. We took it up and we were content with his valuation. However, we indicated that we would not put it on the market until we had identified something to buy. James was more active in assisting us find a place to our liking than any other real estate agent that we dealt with. When we were ready to put our home on the market, we sought proposals from 3 local real estate companies. We went with James because his approach much more professional in our opinion.
