Right from the beginning Daniel was friendly and full of relevant information. He certainly knew his business and his approximate figure for mum's house turned out to be 'spot on'. He presented information in terms that was easy to understand and his communication skills were first rate. Daniel was very trustworthy in his dealings and I had every confidence that he would do the right thing by us. We were included in discussions at all times and Daniel always listened and considered our points of view. His suggestions for improving the house and grounds prior to sale were excellent.
