He kept us up to date with prompt phone, email and/or written reports at all times, especially after 'open houses' and when he had appointments. We were very satisfied with the final outcome of the settlement in both price and ease of doing business which was due in large part to James' efforts on our behalf.

I have known Patrick since 2011, when we first bought out townhouse in Thornleigh. I thought he was a great agent, very fair to both sides and an excellent communicator. When the time came to sell the townhouse, I contacted Patrick again to see if he was willing to help us with the sale. The whole process from signing the contract to finalizing the sale went smoothly and I am sure that is to Patrick's credit. He is very professional, reliable and very friendly. He answered every call and email and made us feel very comfortable. He got us an amazing deal and we were very happy with the final sale price. I would definitely recommend Patrick to all my friends.
