Outstanding result!!
James was professional at all times, and a great communicator. James achieved an outstanding price for my property, over and above my expectations. I felt very comfortable and at ease knowing my property was James' hands. I would happily recommend James as an agent to entrust your greatest asset to. One of the things I liked most about James on our first meeting was his sincerity and strong market knowledge, he spoke with confidence and instilled a sense of trust. I would highly recommend James!

Can do attitude that pays off
An extremely tight timeline to sell our house was not a too big job for Patrick and his team. From day one, Patrick was able to identify and communicate all the relevant aspects to consider when selling our house with great professionalism. Patrick skills to understand our needs, propose a route of action and keep us relax in the process what nothing less than amazing. In retrospective, we can definitely say that we enjoyed the process! Patrick did not promise a good result. Nevertheless his robust assessment of our particular case combined with a realistic approach, paved the way for a great result. The breaking record sell in our area was without doubt heavily influenced by the marketing campaign that Patrick recommended together with his strong expertise of the property market. We recommend Patrick without hesitation and the usual stress associated with buying or selling property may be a lot less by knowing that the job is in good hands.

A real market player
Patrick sold my Gordon 3 bedrooms apartment at the highest price in the area, a price I thought not possible before the auction. A very professional sales team !
If you a house to sell , and want a stress free process I would definitely recommend Patrick and his team! Sadly , I had to sell my home of 25 years , so emotions were pretty high . Patrick's guidance throughout the marketing eliminated all my concerns. He even took the time to organise a superb handyman for me , whose help was invaluable. Patrick's professionalism and care throughout the process ensured everything ran to schedule. The house sold prior to auction for well over the reserve price - a very pleasant surprise ! Deceased Estate
Patrick from the very beginning of our first meeting was understanding of my situation in selling a deceased estate. He gave smart advice on preparing the house for sale . He communicated by phone and email to the three executors keeping us fully informed of proceedings at all times. He responded quickly to our phone calls.
