Great to deal with
After making an offer on what we thought was the house of our dreams, and then having it firstly ignored, and then criticised and ridiculed by a local agent, we had a rather sour taste in our mouths regarding Real Estate agents. Needless to say, we were nervous when we made our next offer on a house Neil Fry was the agent for. Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Neil was an absolute professional, in constant communication regarding negotiations, and again in constant communication during settlement. I found him to be honest, he told us how it was instead of selling us stories. I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying another house from him, however we really have found our dream house this time, so it may be quite a few years off. Thanks again Neil, we couldn't be happier with our house and our dealings with you.

Wow what a quick sale and a great price.
I contracted Brendan King of McGraths Charlestown to sell our Villa in Belmont North. Brendan and Anthony attended and outlined the process fully and was easy to understand. They gave us accurate range that they believed what we could expect to get for our property and put in an aggressive campaign to sell our property.
