I had previously purchased the property through Holgate's First National in 1997 and found them a totally professional agency. I had to sell in a difficult market and while not 'a distressed sale', this was not an ideal situation. I found Tim Holgate extremely personable and he kept me informed at all times during some difficult communications with potential purchaser(s).
