Patrick Lang was outstanding in selling our apartment. Apart from doing what you would expect from a top class agent e.g. excellent communication, so you know where everything is at in preparation and after every meeting. Patrick knowledge of the Lane Cove real estate market is 2nd to none regardless of his age. But what stood out for us was his ability to to read market responsiveness to our sale on a daily / weekly basis and propose means by which we could tweak our offer and make it more appealing. He gave us a realistic estimate of what price we could expect, while others clearly exaggerated what could be achieved. The outcome was a quick sale which met our expectations and I think was a good deal for the purchaser as well. Patrick's passion for his profession and skill level shine through. I truly don't believe we would have achieved the result we did, if Patrick Lang was not our agent.

Simon and his team ran a very professional campaign. The preparation for the house to go on market was organised brilliantly by his extremely efficient assistant Lili Miconi. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and had a strategy to deal with all potential outcomes. After several very bad experiences with real estate agents, I was nervous and dreading the whole experience. However dealing with Patrick has been an absolute pleasure - something I thought I would never say about a real estate agent. You those mysterious databases agents speak of? Well his works.... for real! It shocked me! Patrick was always friendly, flexible and available. Happy to accomodate and a great mix of enthusiasm, energy but also a pragmatist. He provided credible guidance with sale preparation and with the negotiation itself, at all times balanced and reasonable. The additional services and handholding, be it carpet quotes or with solicitors was an absolute blessing being interstate. Belle property sold a unit in my complex a year before. They achieved a much higher sale price than the other agency. The follow up service to buyers, care and dedication convinced me to select Belle Lane Cove. From a person who really didn’t like dealing with real estates at all, I found Patrick and Belle Property Lane Cove a surprisingly absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone - selling or buying - again something I thought I would never say. They actually really do care.

We thought James was very young when we first met him but don't let his youthful good looks fool you. Although James is young, he came across as a professional and extremely knowledgeable agent. He negotiated with several interested buyers to get the best price for our property. At first we were worried that the negotiations ahead of auction would turn some buyers off but he handled the situation very well in a very professional yet personal manner. He kept us informed and guided us through out the process. We sold our house in two and a half weeks after it was first listed. We were very happy and impressed with the results he achieved for us. We would like to mention his team, especially Danielle Young, who is always cheerful to deal with. She is always there to help with a big smile on her face. She remembers our requests and special requirements without having to remind her. Our old neighbours even sent me a message saying how cheerful she was on open inspections of our property. We will definitely use James and his team again in the future.
