Our initial meeting with Simon Harrison and Kim Walters helped us decide to go with Belle. They didn't come across as pushy, but highlighted their strengths and explained that Belle's take a team approach. Everyone we dealt with in the team was always helpful, respectful and did what they said they were going to do. Selling one's home is often a stressful and emotional experience and this was alleviated by the constant communication from the team. Along with Simon and Kim, Nicola Farrell also provided great support during the open house inspections and we were very happy with the final result due to Simon's strong negotiation and communication skills.
