I was so impressed with James Bennett and his great team from Belle, Lane Cove. He was most capably backed up by Stephen and Claire and nothing was too much trouble. The maintenance on the home, the painting and styling went very smoothly and were reasonably priced. The use of the 'What's App' added greatly to communication with James and the team and with very prompt responses at all times. James mounted a very solid campaign and I was most impressed with his energy and dedication and professionalism to the sale of the property and found his weekly appraisals and general communication very helpful. The sale price was fair for both parties. As my son Matthew said 'what a good result for everyone involved with your project planning and communication being 1st class!'
