James and the team did a great job. As became apparent it was a unique property to sell, with views and water access but also stairs or an inclinator to get down to the house. Despite this James was able to get good numbers through the open houses, ultimately leading to multiple bidders at the auction and a positive result. Above all really valued the open and honest updates/conversations throughout the sale process.
