A big thank you to Patrick, Monica and Anthony. Throughout the campaign they communicated regularly and were always responsive and I felt like I was in trusted hands. A particular call out for Monica - she was particularly helpful with details throughout and when something went wrong, outside of anyones control, an hour before settlement she worked hard to resolve the issue and manage to coordinate all parties to bring the settlement to close in a few days, when it might have taken weeks. James Bennet and his team of sales and office staff are the best in Sydney. I could not fault their work from the start to the finish of the campaign. They are a well oiled machine to set up the property, promote it and then sell it. They know their local market and can advise the price guide accuarately. James and his team sold my house in two weeks and achieved a sale price above my expectations. James is a master negotiator, but is honest and can be completely trusted. I could not recommend Belle Property Lane Cove any higher and would award 6 stars if I could.
