I’m not somebody who usually writes testimonials. That I am, speaks to my motivation to recognise the extraordinary work of Belle Lane Cove, its principal Simon Harrison and his outstanding team. Of particular note, is the team's complete professionalism and sound code of ethics. There is great judgement and skill in advancing realistic aspirations for vendors based on market science, whilst doing one's utmost to achieve results beyond that. Managing the best outcome for vendors whilst respectfully engaging with the needs of purchasers to achieve a win-win situation actually requires a lot more experience and expertise than the average person may realise, and I am now convinced such high-level communication and assessment skills are not to be found in every agent. Importantly, I felt completely supported through all phases of the process, whether in getting the house ready and early decision-making, mid-point assessments, or crucial endgame decisions about setting reserves and proceeding with the scheduled auction or accepting pre-auction offers. These are agents who very much work as a tight team, and one can sense good office morale that speaks to strong leadership at the top and translates as a plus for anyone using their services. They do not seem to miss a beat and truly earn their money with their hard work and unwaning energy. The experience has actually transformed my opinion of Real Estate agents in Sydney. Needless to say, the result has been exceptional.

James has excellent knowledge of the market and buyers for our area. Throughout the campaign his process, market insight, communication and work ethic were top class. He and his team were professional and went above and beyond to support us towards the best outcome possible. Unfortunately for us the market did not have the emotional investment in the property we did and the end result was below our hopes but absolutely in line with James' guidance. One comment on the auction process would be it is challenged when there is really only one serious bidder
