We met James at one of his open homes about 9 years ago when new to Sydney and searching for our first property. During the sales process, he was clear and articulate in explaining every part of the process, provided all the support we needed either directly or through his team, who I would also rate very highly, had a clear strategy, demonstrated his market knowledge and sales experience, leveraged his colleagues experience when necessary, and provided the direction and leadership that I had not experienced before from a real estate agent.
