I was tasked with selling as executor, and with the able assistance of my wife/PA Denise, a prime townhouse in Waverton, and as I was accountable to 10 beneficiaries I had to get it right. We've known Tom a few years now when we first started looking for our place... you'd be hard pressed to do house hunting on the lower north shore without coming across Tom's friendly face at least once if not more!
