Because of the buoyancy of the market we decided to try 'off-market' for a couple of weeks which gave us some good feedback. As a consequence we moved out and got a designer to come and style the apartment, which ended up as a disaster but Christian got us through that and we moved on to the auction at which the apartment sold despite one of the strongest potential buyers deciding to pull out on the morning of the auction.
