My experience with Christian was very positive. He was determined to achieve a sale for me and was even more determined than I was. He managed to get exactly the price I said I wanted when we first made contact and I’m delighted. He was very thorough /tenacious on following up all prospective buyers, giving me feedback and ensuring all obstacles were overcome. I would highly recommend him to another vendor. Thank you!

Tom was fantastic to work with. His communication was regular, concise and useful. We spoke often briefly so I was never concerned re: what was going on. Tom was honest and transparent the whole way through and ultimately he achieved a great result for me considering the current market conditions. I highly recommend working with Tom and the Belle team - I would definitely do so again if the opportunity arose.

Helen and Christian were very helpful from the first to the last day of sale. On the first open house inspection they prepared and emailed contract and kept me informed on progress of my offer and organise a exchange of contracts within a day . Excellent job.Highly recommend them . They are honest and don’t muck about the price.

We are delighted with the sale price of our unit, and even more delighted to have had the privilege of Christian and Helen managing the sale. From the first meeting to signing of contracts, what is often a stressful and worrying process was seamless. in particular, we were appreciative of the continual touching base and reporting back after each inspection. We were never left wondering how the sale was progressing. We have no hesitation in recommending both Christian Percuoco and Helen Wilson as superlative agents. Katrina and Peter McCarthy
