Jason Haugh is a first-class property manager (as was Megan Colquhoun). This influenced our decision to have Belle take over the sale. Hence, we did not hesitate to ask Tom if he would take on the sale of our property. Although we did not achieve the sale price we would have liked, we felt Tom gave good advice and worked to achieve the best possible outcome under the circumstances. Because of the buoyancy of the market we decided to try 'off-market' for a couple of weeks which gave us some good feedback. As a consequence we moved out and got a designer to come and style the apartment, which ended up as a disaster but Christian got us through that and we moved on to the auction at which the apartment sold despite one of the strongest potential buyers deciding to pull out on the morning of the auction. Throughout the process Christian maintained his equilibrium and sense of humour and communicated with us regularly, using his experience to explain the effects of the changes as they arose. The auction and settlement period went smoothly and we are very happy with the final result and with Christian's professionalism.
