I have known Tom for around 10 years, when I was first looking to purchase property in Wollstonecraft area. I have seen him at a number of open homes and auctions and was always impressed with the excellent results he achieved for his clients. I believe this is due to his great "people" and communication skills. He is able to build a rapport with both his clients and Buyers through his honest and empathetic approach. When I recently decided to sell my Wollstonecraft property the decision on which agent to choose was easy. Tom has kept in contact over the last several years with market updates and appraisals. We didn't feel at any stage we were getting the hard sell, obviously they were doing their best for their client in achieving the best price but were also realistic & open to listening to the market. Recently bought a TH from Tom. Tom was very helpful throughout our journey. At the time we were considering two THs Tom was showing and cannot make a decision. Tom was very kind and offered us (with his team member Ben) multiple private inspections for both properties to help us, even outside working hours. He answered all our questions timely, and was very transparent and honst on the buyers' feedback and price expectations. We ended up deciding to make a prior-to-auction offer to the property we prefer. Tom negotiated with us with integrity and eventually helped both parties reach a price that both are happy with. He then did everything he could to help us secure the deal. Overall, highly recommend Tom!
