Very impressive. Helen is very responsive and took the trouble to research and clarify any issues raised in our due diligence. The process was seamless and the auction process was smooth and positive for us. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism demonstrated by the team.

We had a really wonderful experience with David, Max and the team. They went above and beyond to make our listing happen quickly without compromising on strategy, marketing or communication. David’s assessment of the market conditions and strategic advice were invaluable, we genuinely felt well informed through the whole process and achieved a very positive outcome. Thanks David and Max!
David Benjafield
People say selling your home is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do, but David made this an incredibly easy and positive experience for us. We chose to work with David because from the outset he demonstrated honesty, integrity, charisma and maintained an excellent level of communication with us as well as potential buyers. We also appreciate the great support team he had at Belle who were able to make things happen quickly for us. All his recommendations were on point! Thank you David

Tom lives up to his reputation as an excellent agent with deep knowledge of the Waverton/Wollstonecraft area and importantly prospective buyers and what they’re after. He provides very sound tactical advice and communicates very well, keeping you well informed during the process. Our campaign was run very efficiently and smoothly. I can highly recommend Tom to anyone thinking of selling.

We recently purchased our first home with Tom. In a year that has been quite turbulent, we found Tom to be calm, informative and respectful with his approach. Both Tom and his sales associate Ben, were not aggressive in their approach, accepted feedback and answered all our fact finding questions. Tom's initial price guide gave a good indication of the property's estimated value which allowed my partner and I time to get our finances in order to remain competitive at auction.

We dealt with Helen on a number of properties before successfully purchasing our current home. Helen is professional, responsive and clearly has great knowledge of the market. She followed up at different points proactively with us which was really appreciated, was always friendly and supportive right up to settlement day.

Having recently sold my property through Tom, I would highly recommend him. The service was phenomenal in every aspect. Tom’s advice was accurate and sound. I received regular feedback and analysis and achieved an excellent price that was in line with Tom’s initial price guide but we’ll above recent comparable sales.
